Terms of Service

Welcome to SystemFlow, a service provided by Nestlé S.A., Avenue Nestlé 55, 1800 Vevey, Switzerland. Our Business ID is CHE-755.453.137. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Scope of Services
SystemFlow offers:
- Enterprise software planning services ("Services")
- Digital educational products ("Info Products")
- Physical goods ("Goods")
2. Service Subscription
All Services are delivered according to the project plan agreed in writing. You must provide necessary cooperation and access to systems and information within agreed timelines.
3. Fees and Billing
Fees for each category are described in separate order documents. Invoices are due upon receipt. Payment methods accepted will be specified on the invoice.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Enterprise Software Planning Services
Clients may cancel a Service engagement up to 48 hours before the scheduled kickoff for a full refund of any pre-paid Charges. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the kickoff, or after work has commenced, no refund will be provided. SystemFlow retains this policy due to resource allocation and preparation costs incurred in advance.
If you request cancellation in the allowed window, we will process your refund within 10 business days to your original method of charge. You may alternatively opt to transfer your prepaid Fees to a future engagement date, subject to mutual agreement.
4.2 Digital Educational Products
Info Products may be returned within 14 days of original purchase, provided that there has been no download or access to the full content. To initiate a return, please contact us via contact.php with your order details. Refunds are issued within 7 business days of approval and credited to the original method of charge. Transfer of digital product access is not available.
4.3 Physical Goods
Unused and unopened Goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery. You must obtain a return authorization via contact.php before shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except where the item is defective or incorrect. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund of the item charge within 10 business days. Alternatively, you may request an share or store credit for future purchases.
5. No Refund Exceptions
Certain customized Services or expedited Info Products clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase are final sale. This policy is necessary to cover preparatory effort and exclusive materials provision.
6. Changes to Terms
SystemFlow may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
